Please follow these four steps to start your treatment.

Step 1: Decide which areas you want to get treated

We are able to keep your cost down by booking appointments in 15 minute time slots.

Step 2: Book an appointment
Please call (403) 873-2077

Step 3: Complete the forms and bring them to your appointment.

If you have trouble printing the document, you can come 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment to fill them out.

Step 4: Get ready for the procedure.

Please avoid alcohol, aspirin, Vitamin E, St. John’s Wort and other dietary supplements for 2 days before the procedure.
Please come to your appointment without any makeup.
If your skin is sensitive, you can apply EMLA cream (sold at pharmacies without prescriptions) 1 hour before the procedure to numb the skin. If you choose to do this, please ensure to avoid applying close to the eyes.

Step 5: For a successful outcome, it is important to follow these instructions.

Avoid these on the day of the treatment:
■ Massaging the treated areas
■ Applying heat
■ Activities that cause facial flushing including consuming alcohol, hot tub, exercise, tanning and sauna use.
■ Avoid lying down for 4 hours immediately after the treatment.

Please do:
Contract the treated muscles for 10 seconds at a time, 2-3X/minute for 20 minutes.
Apply a cool compress or wrapped ice pack to the treated areas for 15 minutes every few hours as need to reduce discomfort, swelling, or bruising.

Please note
Bruising typically resolves within 7 to 10 days.
Oral consumption and/or topical application of Arnica Montana may help to reduce bruising and swelling.
Botox treatment effects take about 2 weeks to fully develop and last approximately 2 to 4 months.

As each patient has different muscle mass and sensitivity to Botox, you may require touch-ups. If this is the cause, please call the clinic to book an appointment. As it takes time for Botox to work, please wait at least 10 days before you decide to get touch up procedures. The price will still be $8.50/unit of Botox used for touch-ups.
If you experience side effects, please call the clinic and ask for an earliest possible appointment.
